Negative and Zero Exponents
With a Base of Ten - Lesson

Remember that in an exponential expression, the "big number" is the base and the "little number is the exponent.

When the base number is "10" and the exponent
is a negative, the solution can be written as
either a decimal or a fraction.

As we learned in the exponents lesson,
anything to the "zero power" is one.

So, is 1!
