#1: I am making oatmeal cookies and one batch calls for 2¾ cups of flour.  If I am going to make 4 batches, how many cups of flour will I need?

#2: Jenny wants to plant a spring garden.  She has room for 104 bulbs.    If she wants  ⅝ of the bulbs to be tulips, how many tulip bulbs must she plant?
