Understanding Written Directions
can be easy if you remember to do the following steps:

1.   Read all of the directions through one time before you start. 
2.  Think about what each step is asking you to do before you begin.
3.  Don't skip a step! 
4.  Don't be afraid to ask for help.
 
Directions:
1.  Get a pencil and paper.
2.  Read through the directions first and then follow each step.
3.  Check your answers when you are finished.
