Directions: Read the paragraph. Write the information from the paragraph

In school we learned that good nutrition is important to build a healthy
body. I had to make a chart of the foods I ate on Monday, Tuesday, and
Wednesday. I ate some foods that were healthy and others that were not
healthy. I had milk, carrots, cupcakes, steak, and bread on Monday. On
Tuesday, I ate candy, cake, chips, soda, and cookies. I also had some
yogurt. Wednesday was a mix of foods. I ate apples, pears, cauliflower,
macaroni, milk, eggs, cheese, and Ho Ho’s. Looking at the chart was quite
a surprise for me. It’s plain to see that I eat many healthy foods!
