SHHHHH.......LISTEN!!!

Hmmm...Who are they? Where are they? What are they doing?

A good listener must do 2 things.
1st   He must hear what is being said.

2nd  He must think about what he hears!

Doing both will help him to
 understand what he has heard.

When listening to a story you can understand
the author's message by identifying the following:

characters who the story is about

setting when and where the story takes place

plot what happens in the story

Taking notes will help you remember these things.

Let's listen to the story, How I Feel Scared,
