When writing to evaluate you may be asked to
   
judge, recommend, persuade, or convince.

To evaluate effectively you must become an
   
expert on the topic you are evaluating.

When evaluating you have to find out important
    facts and details about your
topic.

Decide what is being evaluated.

     PARP is a great reading program. Many children read with their family during PARP. Children become better readers. They end up wanting to read more. Your school should start PARP today.


 

    
     If you want a nutritious meal eat at Subway. You can eat from each of the food groups. The meals are packed with vitamins. They are low in calories. Subway meals are healthy.




 

    
     The number one selling toy is Spiderman. It does great things. It can spray a web from its fingers. It looks real. The figure flies through the air. It is bright, colorful, and fun to play with.


 

    
     People can do more to protect our world from pollution. Do not dump waste into our waterways. Dispose of trash in the right places. Studies show our world will be a better place if we keep our world clean.


 


     Want to read a fabulous book? You should read Freckle Juice. It will teach you a lesson about liking yourself the way you are. It will teach you how NOT to treat others. You will learn something about trust.
