Little Red said each of these statements with strong emotion.

is an exclamation point. 

It always goes at the end of a sentence that 
expresses strong emotion.


When you see this at the end of a sentence, it tells the reader that
someone has a very strong feeling.

You can also use an when you are giving a command.
