      Dear Mr. Smith
Body:
the main part of the letter.  This is where you state your opinion and offer solutions.
I am very disappointed to hear you are no
longer making Tasty Treat Candy.  They are
one of my favorite candies.  I love the crunchy
coating and gooey center.  No other candy has
the same great taste. All my friends love Tasty
Treats and buy them whenever they can. Please
think about your decision to stop selling this
terrific candy.  There would be a lot of very
happy candy lovers if you continued to sell
      Tasty Treats.
Closing:
saying good-bye
      Sincerely,
Signature:
sign your name under the closing
