Adding "ed" to Verbs

When you add ed to a word, you are saying what happened in the past. Let's practice changing words to the past tense.

Directions:
1. Look for the word that is underlined. 
2.Change it to the past tense. 
3. Click on the correct spelling of the past tense.

Remember: Add ed if the word ends in a consonant and d if the words ends with a silent e. If the word ends with a y, change the y to i, then add ed
