This amazing book is about two friends, Frog and Toad, and their adventures together.  They get into different situations where they need each other's help and support of friendship.  They look for lost buttons together, wait for the mail, and await spring to come.  Frog has to patiently wait as Toad hibernates all winter long.  This is a wonderful story of friendship.

This funny story is about a boy named Andrew who wants desperately to have some freckles.  When he asks his friend Nicky how he got his freckles, Sharon overhears and charges Andrew 50 cents for a bottle of Freckle Juice.  Andrew turns green from the Freckle Juice, then turns blue from his own freckle making brew, and starts to wonder why it was that he wanted freckles so badly.

My favorite part of this book was when Toad was feeling uncomfortable about being in his bathing suit and asked Frog not to look.  This worked until a crowd had gathered and they were staring at Toad's bathing suit.  Frog stood by Toad's side and stuck up for him.  This is my favorite part because it really shows true friendship.  If anyone were to pick on any of my good friends, I would have done the same thing Frog did and stick up for my friend.

My favorite part of this book was when Andrew had to decide whether or not he wanted to spend 50 cents on the Freckle Juice that Sharon had made.  Andrew soon realized this was five weeks worth of allowance and really struggled with spending that much money on something that would give him freckles.  This is my favorite part because I have a very hard time making decisions.
