Numbers are made up of digits in the same way that words are made up of letters.

By joining together the value of those digits we can compose numbers.

Compose each of these numbers, then click on the down arrow

1.   50 + 4                                              

2.  10 + 6                                              

3.  20 + 7

Use the clues to solve the problem.  Write the number on your own paper, then click on the down arrow to check your answer.

1.  My ones digit is 7.  My tens digit is 2 plus my ones digit.    What number am I? 
                                                                 

 

2.  I am the smallest number that you can make with the digits 8 and 3. What number am I?                 

 


3.  My ones digit is 7.  Subtract 2 from my ones digit to get my tens
     digit.  What number am I?
