Examples

	0 .3 or $0.30
three dimes = three tenths of a dollar
	1.2 or $1.20
one dollar and two dimes = one and three tenths
	0.04 or $0.04
four pennies = four hundredths
	2.01 or $2.01
2 dollars and one penny = 2 and one hundreds
