Of course you do
math in Math class.  
But sometimes you do math when it's not even Math time !

It is a 400 meter track.
You wonder how far you ran.

You use math to multiply
400 x 4 = 1600 m
 

In music you learn a new song. There are whole notes, half notes and quarter notes.

You use math as you hold a whole note twice as long as a
