Zero has many special properties,
and
plays many different roles in
Adding (+) and Subtracting (-)

When Adding:
the Sum of Any number + Zero
will Always equal That Number

Example:

15 + = 15

10 + = 10

8 + = 8

20 + = 20

When Subtracting:
* if we subtract Zero from any number,
the Difference
will Always equal That Number

Example:

46 - = 46

15 - = 15

24 - = 24

3 - = 3

and.....
** if we subtract
any number from itself,
the Difference
will Always equal Zero

Example:

25 - 25 =

5 - 5 =

16 - 16 =

10 - 10 =
