Let's Travel Through Time to a Political Protest

Wouldn't it be exciting to travel through time?  Well, let's go...
You are at a political demonstration to help women get
the right to vote!

Let's travel to Washington DC in the year 1917.  There you will join a group of women picketing the White House  at a *suffrage rally.

While visiting Washington DC, you witness a demonstration
of suffragettes picketing the White House.  Panic breaks out
when onlookers begin yelling and throwing rocks at the women.
The mob becomes violent, and you know you can't just stand by
and watch the women get hurt.

At the end of the trip, you will have a chance to "Pass the Test of Time," and see if you can remember why the suffragettes were there.

*suffrage means the right to vote.
