2.Name four (4) minimum qualifications to be a juror.

1.)   a U.S. citizen and county resident;  and able to understand and communicate in English -

2.)  at least 18 years of age;

3.)   with no felony convictions

4.)   be able to understand and communicate in English

3.  Choose one of the above qualifications and explain why you think it is necessary.

Show this to your teacher for final acceptance.  Make sure you choose just one qualification and justify it!
